SHIPPING AND RETURNS
DELIVERY POLICY
The option of free collection is given at our facilities in Odrinhas - Sintra.
If you choose this option, you will be contacted by email to schedule the collection.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight / volume of the order and the geographical area to which they will be sent.
In-stock items take between one and three business days to be processed for shipment from the date of payment.
Delivery time in mainland Portugal varies between two to three business days and for the rest of Europe between 3 to 10 business days.
As soon as we carry out the shipments you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can track your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can exchange or return it.
Only articles that are still in their original packaging and in perfect condition will be accepted.
If you want to make an exchange or return, you have 15 days after receiving the product to contact us.
The costs and responsibility of sending the exchange or return are borne by the customer.
Exchanges and returns of items made to order or personalized are not accepted.
